Up on the infinitieth floor of the Octan Tower, rising high above the skyscrapers of Bricksburg, is President Business’s evil headquarters. Guarded by an army of loyal robots and laser-sharks are his three greatest prizes: a treasure chamber full of strange relics, the Think Tank where captured Master Builders are imprisoned and drained of their creative ideas, and the all-powerful Kragle that he plans to use to control the entire world.
